David Walker, an award winning luxury travel agent and owner of The Travel Snob was in need of a gift idea for a repeat, high value client.

After having a chat with our owner Marie, he mentioned some passport covers he'd bought from ETSY that had the persons initials on the front. Marie did some detective work and found that we could not only supply the same passport covers, but we could make them so much better!

Using our UV flatbed printer we were able to print The Travel Snob's logo on the back of the cover plus matching luggage tag and personalise the front with the clients initials. We then went a step further and offered a luxury branded gift box with a personalised note inside, plus complete fulfilment. All David had to do was send us a list of his freshly booked clients and the date they were travelling so that we could make and ship each one to order.

David was thrilled and so were his clients, they filled social media with pictures of the gifts, tagging him and re affirming his status in the travel industry.
